Scott Stenclik

President and CEO, Superior Talent Resources, Inc.

Scott Stenclik is President and CEO of Superior Talent Resources (STR), Inc., a member of the Superior Group.  STR provides leading-edge contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, payrolling, and recruitment process outsourcing services.  The organization has a workforce of more than 8,700 employees and maintains service locations throughout the United States, and also in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America.  Stenclik has led Superior Talent Resources since 1992, and has been with the organization since 1986.  Prior to Superior, he worked in audit and tax consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, and is a New York state Certified Public Accountant.  Stenclik earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Lynne Marie Finn

President and CEO, Superior Workforce Solutions, Inc.

Lynne Marie Finn serves as President and CEO of Superior Workforce Solutions (SWS), Inc., a member of the Superior Group.  SWS is one of the largest woman-owned workforce solutions organizations in the U.S. and provides a complement of business services, including managed service programs (MSPs) automated by the company’s proprietary Work Nexus® vendor management system (VMS), independent contractor screening services, statement of work (SOW) management, and other workforce productivity solutions.  Prior to serving as President and CEO of SWS, Finn operated as general counsel for Superior.  Finn graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and is a Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Carol Riley

Vice President, National Accounts, Superior Workforce Solutions, Inc.

Carol Riley is Vice President, National Accounts for Superior Workforce Solutions, Inc. Having been with the organization for more than 25 years, Riley has held several positions during her tenure at Superior.  She perviously operated as National Accounts Manager, Regional Manager, and Branch Manager. Today, Riley works with national MSP/VMS customers on a consultative basis, providing Work Nexus programs that not only lead the industry, but also help to develop best practices.  She also collaborates with her customers to deliver process improvements and efficiency-generating innovations.  Riley received a degree from Bryant and Stratton.

Yvonne McAteer

Vice President, Sales, Superior Workforce Solutions, Inc.

Yvonne McAteer serves as Vice President, Sales for Superior Workforce Solutions, Inc.  She assists companies and HR and procurement executives with examining contingent labor processes to help them in ways that will improve access to talent, deliver cost savings, mitigate risk, and drive innovation.  Prior to her current position, McAteer operated as the National Sales Manager for Superior.  She was a pioneer in the New York metropolitan area, having developed and led Superior’s early NY metro area managed service program and vendor management system customer solutions.  She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas.

Cam Moeser

Vice President, Midwest Region, Superior Talent Resources, Inc.

Cam Moeser serves as the Vice President, Midwest Region for Superior Talent Resources, Inc.  At the company, Moeser focuses on business development efforts for Superior’s offices and works with decision makers to provide workforce alignment solutions that allow companies to maximize productivity at the best available cost.  Previously, he served as Vice President of National Accounts for Superior Technical Resources, Inc.  Moeser earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Whittier College.

Chris Beckage

Vice President, North Region, Superior Talent Resources, Inc.

Chris Beckage serves as the Vice President, North Region for Superior Talent Resources, Inc.  In this role, Beckage provides insight into business development efforts for Superior’s offices and works with decision makers to provide workforce alignment solutions that allow companies to maximize productivity at the best available cost.  His expertise lends to being a resource that understands market trends, best practices, and talent acquisition and retention plans.  Prior to his current role, Beckage operated as Regional Manager for Superior Technical Resources, Inc.  He received a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration, both from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Bart Stanley

Vice President, South Region, Superior Talent Resources, Inc.

Bart Stanley serves as Vice President, South Region for Superior Talent Resources, Inc.  With more than 25 years of experience, Stanley has provided workforce and staffing solutions to numerous customers across a vast array of industries.  His expertise focuses on staff augmentation and workforce management, design and implementation of managed services programs, co-employment risk mitigation services, and client relationship and account management.  Stanley earned his bachelor’s degree in management science from the University of Central Florida.

Brian Christel

Vice President, West Region, Superior Talent Resources, Inc.

Brian Christel serves as Vice President, West Region for Superior Talent Resources, Inc.  Christel has more than 25 years of staffing experience and is responsible for new business development, sales management, business strategy, key account management, and profitability.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (marketing) from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
